All our pieces are crafted, assembled, and personalized by hand. We take great pride in our work and pour love, and lots of attention to detail, into each and every piece. It’s important to us that you love your pieces, and if anything goes wrong, we'll do our absolute best to make things right.

Read on for important information regarding repairs, exchanges and returns.
  • If an item is received damaged or defected, or breaks within 30 days of its purchase, we will manage any repairs (or replacements if beyond repair) at no cost to the customer. You will only cover the shipping to us. Proof of purchase necessary.
  • All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in perfect condition, and/or unworn-ed, returned in its original packaging. For returns the customer should contact us via email with the order number and explaining if it is a return or exchange. Eligible items can be returned or exchange for store credit within 30 days of purchase with the valid receipt.
  • Certain types of products cannot be returned or exchanged, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Exchanges and resizing tweaks are available within 30 days of purchase. Following the 30-day deadline, a fee may be charged for resizing and exchanges will not be accepted.

Personalization/order errors:
  • If error was made by us, product will be corrected immediately at no charge to the customer.
  • If error was made by the customer during an online purchase (ex. date entered incorrectly), we will offer customer an opportunity to repurchase the item (if available) at 50% off of the amount paid for the item.
